Starting out 2009 busy as ever. Joe and I spent the week of Christmas in Colorado at our Condo. It was a great week and we had some wonderful weather, we drove up into the Rocky Mountain National Forest and ate lunch in Grand Lake.
Attended church at Granby, and met folks from Ponca City who now live in Colorado, another fellow from Texas who had spent Friday night in Blackwell. it really is a small world. We left the mountains early Friday to go visit my cousin and his family. Enjoyed a great lunch with Selina, Mitch and Rose. Casey made it in from work for a short visit. I helped him with the horse he is boarding, well, help is a stretch. I stood and talked to him while he handled the horse.
Returning to Oklahoma Saturday we rested a bit and I started Monday out with counseling chores to get a client intake done, spent about 3 hours at the SOTS office (much longer than I had planned). Saw clients Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday I drove to Ponca to pick up the grand girls from their dad. We had three wonderful days!!! After church Wednesday we had a small get together to ring in the new year. The girls had a lot of fun.
New year's day was beautiful and we were able to get out. The girls spent the day with cousins and best friends. Friday we were able to go have dinner with our wonderful friends Ron & Teala. Ron's family were all there, and it was great to see everyone. Jolie went with us, and played with Caleb and Jacob.
Saturday the girls and I shopped a little and Jessica used my hair appointment to get her hair cut. It was really cute and she loves it. Both got a new pair of jeans and shirts to take home with them. Jolie and I entertained the people at the mall. I am amazed at the number of people attracted to the hair. We had people who actually walked past then came back to touch her hair! 
We met Daddy in Perry around 3 p.m. and he got them back to their mom on Sunday. It was way to short a time with the girls.
Back to work on Monday, and I wasn't ready!!!
